My counselling style
The foundations of my Counselling Private Practice is based on a Person Centred Therapy. I believe that with the right support the power to heal is already within you.
By listening and understanding, providing a safe and caring environment, I aim for us to build a therapeutic relationship where we can both get to know who you really are.
Drawing from a range of counselling theories, including CBT, Transactional Analysis and Creative Therapy, incorporating a variety of tools, techniques, and a little imagination, your therapy journey will become tailor made to suit your own brand of uniqueness.
